Roxanne Goodfellow, artistic director and general manager of the recently re-opened Marines Memorial Theatre, today announced the start of 'New Works @ The Marines' - a series showcasing new and emerging works in theatre, music, dance, film and other media from artists in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

The 2009-2010 season of Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at the Music Center continues its seventh season with the innovative and compelling Pilobolus, October 23-25, 2009 at Ahmanson Theatre.

After charity shows in Los Angeles and New York and an appearance at Nashville's Grand Ole Opry, Steve Martin will be hitting the road in support of The Crow: New Songs for the Five-String Banjo, which currently sits at the top of the Billboard Bluegrass Album Chart. Martin will perform with the Steep Canyon Rangers in Charlotte on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 8pm in the Knight Theater.
