Celebrated South Florida playwright Michael McKeever's latest work, 'THE CAMP,' will be given a Staged Reading for one night only, as part of the award-winning 'Jan McArt's New Play Readings' series, at 7:30 PM on Monday, March 6th, 2017, in Lynn University's Keith C. and Elaine Johnson Wold Performing Arts Center, Boca Raton, FL.
Elmar Oliveira Internatonal Violin Competition Announces Semi-Finalists for Next Round of Inaugural Competition

The Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition (EOIVC) announces that eight young and talented violinists-Brian Kwan Yeung Choi, Sirena Huang, Ari Isaacman-Beck, Alina Ming Kobialka, Quanshuai Li, Elly Suh, Chiharu Taki, and Hannah Tarley-will advance to the Semi Finals Round II of the inaugural competition. The EOIVC's Semi-Finals Round II takes place at the Wold Performing Arts Center on the Campus of Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL, on Monday, January 30 and Tuesday, January 31, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on both days. All sessions are free and open to the public; no tickets or reservations are required.

The Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition (EOIVC) is pleased to announce that 20 competitors have been selected to compete in the inaugural 2017 Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition in Boca Raton, Florida, from January 22 through February 5, 2017, at Lynn University. The 20 competitors were selected from more than 80 applicants from 16 countries.
