Today it was announced that celebrated violinist Elmar Oliveira, in collaboration with the Lynn Conservatory of Music, launches the Elmar Oliveira International Violin Competition (EOIVC). The EOIVC aims to give a young and talented violinist, ages 16-32, the tools necessary for building a strong foundation for success in the arts industry by providing financial support, as well as career development in the areas of artistic management, public relations, and performance opportunities.
