Matthew Bourne's Sleeping Beauty sees the popular choreographer return to the music of Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky to complete the trio of the composer's ballet masterworks that started in 1992 with Nutcracker! and, most famously, in 1995, with the international hit Swan Lake. Full casting is announced for Matthew Bourne's NUTCRACKER!, which returns to Sadler's Wells this Christmas to celebrate the production's 20th Anniversary with a limited seven week run from Tuesday 6 December 2011 - Sunday 22 January 2012, as well as touring extensively throughout the UK (tour schedule attached). New dates are also added, with the tour now playing Dublin Grand Canal Theatre (Tuesday 8 - Saturday 12 May 2012) and Newcastle Theatre Royal (Tuesday 15 - Saturday 19 May 2012). Christmas 2011 marks another special anniversary, as New Adventures returns to Sadler's Wells for a 10th consecutive Christmas Season.
From April 25th through April 30th, Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake will be performed at the Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C.
