The ABC Saturday Night Football Presented by Windows 8 broadcast on Saturday, Nov. 17 - Stanford upsetting then-undefeated No. 2 Oregon 17-14 in overtime - was the most-viewed and highest-rated college football game of the week and garnered the night's largest audience among all networks. The telecast averaged 8,347,000 viewers, a 5.1 rating and 5,855,000 households.

The final installment in the TWILIGHT saga has officially been release - signaling the end of an era for some. BREAKING DAWN Part 2 debuted strong, taking in $141.3 million and the top spot at the weekend box office - though didn't break the franchise's box office record. That title belongs to the second film in the saga, NEW MOON, which took in $154 million its opening weekend in 2009.

ABC (7.7 million) qualified as the No. 2 most-watched network overall for the 2nd consecutive week (w/o 10/01/12), topping an NFL-driven NBC (+3% - 7.5 million) and Fox (+45% - 5.3 million). And despite the pre-emption of 'Modern Family' for the Presidential Debate on Wednesday, ABC paced within 2-tenths of a rating point for the week's lead among Adults 18-49 in Nielsen's non-sports averages (ABC=2.04, Fox=2.17, NBC=2.22 and CBS=2.22).

Also discussed was the undertaking a strategic planning process and development of a five-year Strategic Plan set to guide the organization through its 2015 Bicentennial and beyond.
