Geffen Playhouse today announced the full cast for its production of Lights Out: Nat "King" Cole

Theater Resources Unlimited (TRU) announced the winners of the 2019 TRU Voices New Musicals Reading Series: Miracolo by Jarlath Barsanti-Jacobs and Emilio Solla; and Seeing Red by Joey Mazzarino and Aron Accurso.The two musicals will be performed on Monday evening January 14th and Monday evening February 4th respectively. Both performances will be at 7pm at the Actors Temple, 339 West 47th Street, New York, NY. LaMirada and McCoy Rigby Entertainment will present the award-winning and revolutionary 1776 THE MUSICAL, with musical direction by Jeff Rizzo and directed & staged by Glenn Casale. 1776 THE MUSICAL will begin previews on Friday, January 11, 2019 (with a press opening on Saturday, January 12 at 8pm) and runs through Sunday, February 3, 2019 at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, 14900 La Mirada Blvd in La Mirada.

PEGGY LEE is being celebrated December 15 at 7:00PM at Green Room 42 as the Season Finale of Blake Allen's 'An Evening With...' Series. Called 'an important vehicle for music preservation' (BroadwayWorld), the series is committed to honoring, and educating audiences about, the music of America from the early-mid part of the 20th century by setting these celebrated works with notable contemporary voices and new arrangements.

Wolfe's (book) musical interpretation of Joseph Moncure March's once scandalous 1928 poem THE WILD PARTY is an escapist night of deliciously dark debauchery.  The latest production from Little Triangle Theatre is a feast for the senses with fabulous music combining with brilliant choreography and creative costuming.

Harvested from years of research, transcriptions, and arrangements, there's a new one-act review opening this Fall, featuring six actor-musicians. 'Songs You Don't Know By Writers You Love' is fashioned of hidden gems by popular writers like Carole King, Elton John, and Johnny Mercer.

Berkshire Theatre Group welcomes Respect: A Tribute to Aretha Franklin, The Queen of Soul at The Colonial Theatre today, November 1 at 7:30pm. Tickets are $25.

Eryc Taylor, Artistic Director of ERYC TAYLOR DANCE, will present the Eryc Taylor Dance New Choreographer Grant (ETD/NCG) winners in two showcase performances at Martha Graham Studio Theater, 55 Bethune Street (Greenwich Village) this Saturday, October 13, at 7pm and 8:30pm.

Nathan Lee Graham returns to the cabaret setting with his newest show ALL THINGS BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL at The Green Room 42. This world premiere concert will feature many of the Pulitzer Prize-winning composer's most beloved compositions, including 'Loving You,' 'Bounce,' and 'Being Alive.' We sat down and chatted with Graham to get the inside scoop on the show.
