Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, announces that the company's acclaimed World Premiere production of Stella & Lou by Bruce Graham and directed by BJ Jones, will be presented at the Town Hall Theater in association with Galway Arts Festival in Galway, Ireland, today, July 16-21, 2013. Penny Slusher as Stella will join original cast members Francis Guinan and Ed Flynn for the production.

Northlight Theatre, under the direction of Artistic Director BJ Jones and Executive Director Timothy J. Evans, announces that the company's acclaimed World Premiere production of Stella & Lou by Bruce Graham and directed by BJ Jones, will be presented at the Town Hall Theater in association with Galway Arts Festival in Galway, Ireland, July 16-21, 2013. Marin Theatre Company closes its 2012-13 Season with a revival of Martin McDonagh's The Beauty Queen of Leenane in Mill Valley from May 23 to June 16. Named San Francisco Chronicle's MVP of 2012 Bay Area theater, Mark Jackson (Shotgun Players, Aurora Theater Company) directs this "gloriously funny; wickedly amusing; unalloyed delight" (The Telegraph). Opening night is on Tuesday, May 28.

Today the Donmar Warehouse announces the cast for The Weir, which will be followed by the world premiere of a new play also by Conor McPherson this June. The casts for both shows represent a gathering of some of the finest exponents of McPherson's work and the back to back productions will allow audiences to see his latest work alongside his recognised masterpiece. Risteard Cooper, Brian Cox, Dervla Kirwan, Peter McDonald and Ardal O'Hanlon will star in The Weir, directed by Josie Rourke from 18 April to 08 June 2013. Following this, The Night Alive will make its world premiere on 13 June, directed by McPherson himself. The cast for The Night Alive are Caoilfhionn Dunne, Brian Gleeson, Ciaran Hinds, Michael McElhatton and Jim Norton.

The 55th anniversary Dublin Theatre Festival will run for 18 days from today, 27 Sept - 14 Oct at various venues around the city. - This year the Dublin Theatre Festival will celebrate 'Your City, Your Stories', putting Dublin at the very heart of this 18 day theatrical spectacular.

Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) (Jed Bernstein, Producing Director) has launched The Saturday Arts Program (SAP), a training ground for passionate young performers. Classes will take place weekly from September 22nd - November 17th at the Bucks County Playhouse, New Hope Solebury High School, and the Solebury School.

Asolo Repertory Theatre has announced the addition of My Brilliant Divorce to its 2012-2013 lineup. The one-woman comedy by Geraldine Aron will have its regional premiere at Asolo Rep from June 26-July 14 with preview performances June 23 & 25. My Brilliant Divorce will be directed by Asolo Rep Producing Artistic Director Michael Donald Edwards.

Cast members John Mahoney, Rondi Reed and Thomas J. Cox, are set to reprise the roles they originated in the Northlight production.

Nigel Redden, Director of Lincoln Center Festival, announced the Festival's line-up, which runs from tonight, July 5 through August 5, 2012. Theater offerings include Mikhail Baryshnikov in Dmitry Krymov's staging of a new play, In Paris, as well as Sydney Theatre Company's acclaimed production of Uncle Vanya directed by Tamas Ascher and adapted by Andrew Upton. The stellar cast includes John Bell, Cate Blanchett, Hayley McElhinney, Richard Roxburgh, and Hugo Weaving.

The London 2012 Festival, a 12-week nationwide celebration bringing together leading artists from across the world with the very best from the UK, opens with five spectacular events taking place in Stirling, Derry~Londonderry, South Wales the Lake District, and Birmingham, today, 21 June 2012.
