The Broadway at Birdland concert series has announced the Birdland debut of the award-winning songwriting team Don and Jeff Breithaupt on Monday, March 2 at 7pm.

The award winning Breithaupt Brothers songwriting team (Don, music; Jeff, lyrics) bring their Breithaupt Brothers Songbook Revue, which normally makes its home at Joe's Pub, to Birdland for the first time as part of Jim Caruso's 'Broadway at Birdland' series.

This won't be any old traditional production of the musical "On The Town," opening at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse as part of the Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival on Aug. 6 in Central New York.

California Musical Theatre released casting for the remaining shows in the 64th Music Circus season, a roster of actors including Broadway veterans, Tony nominees and audience favorites from previous Music Circus seasons, as well as actors with Sacramento-area ties. Music Circus casting for the season is determined after auditions are held in New York City, Los Angeles and Sacramento.

You will find it truly refreshing to attend Gateway Theatre's beautiful incarnation of the Tony winning musical 42nd Street.
