Abingdon Theatre Company has announced additional casting for their upcoming 25th Anniversary Gala on Monday, October 23 at The Edison Ballroom (240 W. 47th Street). Honoring two-time Tony and Emmy Award winner Bebe Neuwirth (Chicago, Sweet Charity, 'Cheers,' 'Frasier'), the event will feature a special concert performance of the John Kander and Fred Ebb musical revue And The World Goes 'Round.

The 10-minute play series will feature works by 10 playwrights, selected from nearly 1000 submissions in a nationwide playwriting competition. The production is directed by Mark Finley (Penny Penniworth/Off-Broadway), and reunites the cast of the 2010 hit FringeNYC/Fringe Encore Series, The Secretaries written by The Five Lesbian Brothers. The critically acclaimed cast won an Overall Excellence Award at FringeNYC.
