New Titles Coming to Amazon Prime Video and Prime Video Channels October 2018

Critically acclaimed and fast-rising London duo Ferris & Sylvester have released the video for their new single 'Sometimes'.

Just in time for the 2018 World Series (teams to be determined later), Queens Theatre is proud to present the New York premiere of Leaving Brooklyn, Jeff Mandels' new play about family, love and baseball.

The Casting Society of America (CSA) announced today the list of nominees for Outstanding Achievement in Casting in the television, theatre, short form series and short film categories. Nominees will be recognized at the 34th Annual ArtiosAwards, taking place on January 31, 2019, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles & Stage 48 in New York City.

Dixon Place proudly presents the world premiere of YouthandDeath, the debut evening-long work by chrisbelldances (choreographer, Chris Bell,) a semi-autobiographical piece of dance-theater investigating themes of mortality and the cyclical nature of life. The piece will be presented at Dixon Place's main stage

Liverpool's newest theatrical space The Hope Street Theatre will officially open its doors on Sunday 23 September, 2018 at 5pm at an Invitation only gala event. The launch will include talks from Liverpool celebrity Joe McGann alongside Blood Brothers actor, director and producer Daniel Taylor. Nick Rogers and Sam Donovan, The Hope Street Theatre's Chief Executive and Artistic Director will also talk about their vision for the space. The launch event will also see a number of live performances including Adam McCoy and the Performers Choir, Rare Choir, Grace Galloway and musical excerpts performed by the casts of Aladdin and Long Joan Silver. This will then be followed by an opening night party at the newly renamed Hope Street Theatre Cocktail Bar (Formally the Masonic Bar)

The American Shakespeare Center (ASC) commemorates three decades of Shakespeare by honoring Classical Theatre of Harlem Artistic Director Ty Jones and the Citizens of Staunton, Virginia at its 30th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, September 22 at the Blackfriars Playhouse and Stonewall Jackson Hotel. Casting is complete for the three "developmental productions" featured in Goodman Theatre's 15th annual New Stages Festival-a free celebration of new works by some of the country's finest established and emerging playwrights. The University of Hawai'i at M?noa's Department of Theatre and Dance and Kennedy Theatre are proud to present Dr. Seuss's The Cat in the Hat.  Dr. Seuss's beloved classic comes to the stage in an action-packed, hilarious romp that is sure to delight all ages.  Directed by UHM Theatre alumnus and award-winning director, Nathaniel Niemi, this stage adaptation brings to life the characters readers have come to know and love.  Dr. Seuss's The Cat in the Hat runs on the Kennedy Theatre Mainstage September 14, 15, 21, and 22 at 7:30 p.m. and September 23 at 2:00 p.m.

'I Dig Rock And Roll Music' celebrates the folk-rock era of the '60s and '70s utilizing a six-person band, three of whom were featured in the successful theatrical concert 'Lonesome Traveler.' The show includes hit songs from the folk-rock movement, including protest songs like 'Ohio,' 'For What It's Worth' and others, as well as newly composed songs for the modern era, such as Trevor Wheetman's incendiary 'Dangerous Clown' and Sylvie Davidson's 'Can't Stop That Train.'
