Rolex presents 'AMERICA DANCES! Celebrating Our Sparkling Heritage - Broadway, TV & Film'- Career Transition For Dancers' 24th Anniversary Jubilee on Monday, November 2, 2009 at 7:00 pm at New York City Center. Patrick Swayze (1952 - 2009) will be honored posthumously with the 2009 Rolex Dance Award. The Career Transition For Dancers' Awards for Outstanding Contributions to the World of Dance will be given to Lawrence Herbert and the Lloyd E. Rigler - Lawrence E. Deutsch Foundation. The show will be followed by an 'Anniversary Supper with the Stars' at The Grand Ballroom at The Hilton New York.

The legendary Donna McKechnie, a Tony Award winner for the original landmark production of A CHORUS LINE on Broadway, will bring her new one woman show MY MUSICAL COMEDY LIFE (Part 2) to Pizza on the Park. 'MY MUSICAL COMEDY LIFE (Part 2)' will run October 14th through October 24th at Pizza on the Park which is located at Hyde Park Corner in Knightsbridge SW1.

Broadway musical theatre icon Carol Lawrence received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Licia Albanese-Puccini Foundation Sunday, October 18, 2009 at a 3:00 pm Gala concert in Zankel Hall at Carnegie Hall. The largest musical theatre event in America, NYMF has been hailed as 'the Sundance of Musical Theatre,' and is widely regarded as the key source for new material and talent discovery.

Tony Winner Donna McKechnie and Klea Blackhurst will join Cady Huffman as performers in the 42nd Street Moon Salons, which will hold two performances on October 13th and January 28th. The October 13th performanace, entitled 'I Feel A Song Coming On!' is a salon of Dorothy Fields songs and is lead by Tony Winner Cady Huffman. The January 28th salon is a tribute to Ira Gershwin, led by McKechnie. Also joining the cast is Klea Blackhurst, as well as Bill Fahrner, Alexandra Kaprelian and Darlene Popovich.
