No one ever said marriage was easy, as Donald Margulies's Pulitzer Prize-winning Dinner With Friends reveals. Dinner With Friends plays the Mulitz-Gudelsky Theatre Lab August 25 through September 26. West Palm Beach's Palm Beach Dramaworks, will launch its 11th Anniversary Season with 'Candida,' the acclaimed play by the Nobel Prize winning playwright George Bernard Shaw on Friday, October 8th (8PM) at their downtown theatre (322 Banyan Boulevard.) Special priced preview performances are slated for October 6th & 7th (8PM) and the production will play through November 21st.

West Palm Beach's only resident professional theatre, Palm Beach Dramaworks will kick off its 11th Anniversary season with George Bernard Shaw's play 'Candida' on Friday, October 8th (8PM) at their intimate downtown theatre (322 Banyan Boulevard). The season will continue with a distinguished roster of plays including the southeast premiere of 'Freud's Last Session' by Mark St. Germain, 'Dinner With Friends' by Donald Margulies and 'The Beauty Queen of Leenane' by Martin McDonagh.

InProximity Theatre Company is proud to announce that Dorothy Lyman will be directing the upcoming production of SIGHT UNSEEN by Donald Margulies (Time Stands Still, Collected Stories, Brooklyn Boy, Dinner With Friends, God of Vengeance, Pitching to the Star, Nocturne, Luna Park, Found a Peanut, The Loman Family Picnic). The show will feature Laurie Schaefer, Jonathan Todd Ross, Brent Vimtrup, and Bryn Boice. Designers include James J. Fenton (scenic), Lisa Soverino (Lighting), Court Watson (Costumes), and Jeremy Lee (sound). The Production Stage Manager is Jasmin Sanchez.
TRUST Opens at 2nd Stage, 8/12

Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) opens it's latest production, TRUST, starring Zach Braff, Bobby Cannavale, Sutton Foster, and Ari Graynor tonight, August 12. TRUST is written by Paul Weitz and directed by Peter DuBois. Mr. Weitz returns to Second Stage Theatre, where his plays Privilege and Show People premiered in 2005 and 2006, respectively. Directed by Peter DuBois, who staged Second Stage's acclaimed production of Becky Shaw, TRUST began previews on Friday, July 23 at Second Stage Theatre (305 West 43rd street). The production runs through September 5.

Participants are requested to write, in 300 words or less, how they were asked, or asked someone else, to say, 'I Do!' Photos are welcomed, but not required. Los Angeles's Antaeus Company to Present Double-Cast KING LEAR, 6/26-8/8

The Antaeus Company, Los Angeles's classical theater ensemble, will open ClassicsFest 2010 with King Lear, its first full production of a Shakespeare play. Bart DeLorenzo will direct King Lear with renowned scholar, actor, and Antaeus founding artistic director Dakin Matthews and Broadway veteran/three-time Tony nominee Harry Groener heading two fully double-cast ensembles. Two gala openings, one with each cast, will take place on Saturday, June 26 at 8 pm and Sunday, June 27 at 4 pm, with performances continuing through August 8 at Antaeus' interim home, Deaf West Theatre in the NoHo Arts District. Low-priced previews will begin June 12.
Francine Prose to Present Author Talk on Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse, Sept. 19

Critically acclaimed novelist Francine Prose, writer of the recently published Anne Frank: The Book, The Life, The Afterlife, will present an author talk and book signing, on Sunday, September 19, 3 p.m., at Westport Country Playhouse.
