For the seventh consecutive year, ABC's JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE: AFTER THE ACADEMY AWARDS'(R) will be televised LIVE from the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood on SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 26th immediately following 'The 84th Annual Academy Awards' hosted by Billy Crystal and late local news.

Icon, philanthropist, Oscar nominee and Emmy Award winner Oprah Winfrey will guest on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards' Oscar Sunday, February 26. 'I Ain't Scared Of You' A Tribute To Bernie Mac' follows the development of Mac's unique performance style and his rise to fame. A tireless perfectionist, Mac's comedy began in small backroom comedy clubs in Chicago and grew to break through barriers making him an iconic figure in the entertainment world. The tribute unearths early footage and never-before-seen performances in addition to his better-known work, including the Kings of Comedy Tour, 'The Bernie Mac Show' and several of his feature films, along with fascinating behind-the-scenes memories.

Private Lives will open Saturday, February 18. The production will run through March 25. The show was originally scheduled to start previews February 2 and run through March 11.

Following a sold out run in Los Angeles, NAACP Award winner Kenyetta Lethridge's critically acclaimed social drama, Innocent Flesh, exposing the stark realities of the sexual exploitation, forced teen prostitution & trafficking of young children all across America, will bow in New York at Actors Temple Theater. The look at girls "in the life" that is dark yet funny begins previews March 1. Opening night is March 15.

Previews for Table for Two's Production of Noel Coward's classic comedy Private Lives at GTC Burbank will now start on Thursday, February 16, 2012. Opening night is set for Saturday, February 18. The production will run through March 25. The show was originally scheduled to start previews February 2 and run through March 11.

Syndicated morning show LIVE! WITH KELLY! announces the latest lineup of co-hosts who will join host Kelly Ripa during the week of February 27-March 2, 2012, including her co-host for the show's first-ever post-Oscar(R) broadcast with co-host Neil Patrick Harris. The show will be broadcast live on location from the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center
