I have been pretty vocal with my feeling that the entertainment value of this season of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE has been lacking a bit. However, while there still hasn't been a singular defining moment this season, as the numbers dwindled, the entertainment skyrocketed. Tonight was the most enjoyable evening of reality television that I have seen in a long, long time. With the final-four dancing 14 routines, in every imaginable combination, we were treated to a remarkable evening that had very few missteps.

The Ogunquit Playhouse, America's Foremost Summer Theatre has just announced that due to a family emergency, Olympic Gold Medalist Shawn Johnson is unable to perform in Ballroom with a Twist on stage at the Ogunquit Playhouse August 27 to August 31.

As I said in last week's recap, despite one of the most talented Top-20 in recent memory, I have been a little underwhelmed at times with this season of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE.

Last night, after America's vote was revealed on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and following a tough deliberation, the judges - Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy and guest judge Debbie Allen - sent Makenzie Dustman and Nico Greetham home at the end of the show.

BWW TV Los Angeles Correspondents Michael Sterling and Jerry Evans were back on the red carpet speaking to the stars last week for the official L.A. opening of SISTER ACT at Hollywood's historic Pantages Theatre. Among the many celebrities in attendance, Sterling chatted with Robert Townsend, Shoshana Bean, Ruta Lee, Jo Anne Worley, Jaden Betts, Kate Linder, Dmitry Chaplin (So You Think You Can Dance), Jonathan Buckley (Host of the new NBC reality series Siberia), and SISTER ACT'S Ta'Rea Campbell (Book of Mormon, Lion King) who stars as Deloris Van Cartier. TONIGHT, MAY 14, “Dancing with the Stars” celebrates its 300th episode (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET). The show will feature music by The Wanted, who will perform their hit, “Fill A Heart,” and Avril Lavigne will perform her new single, “Here's to Never Growing Up.”

Five remaining couples take to the ballroom floor during the Semi-Finals on MONDAY, MAY 13 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET). Each couple perform two routines, inching their way one step closer to the coveted mirror ball trophy. Last week viewers were asked to vote via twitter on a new style of dance for each couple to perform; this week the couples perform their chosen style, including the Flamenco, Charleston, Afro Jazz, Lindy Hop and Hip Hop. Each couple will also be challenged to take on a ballroom or Latin style dance they have yet to perform this season.

The show will feature a musical performance by signer Josh Groban, who is set to perform his current single, 'Brave,' with an 18-piece band accompanied by 'Dancing with the Stars' alumni Chelsie Hightower and Dmitry Chaplin.

In Ballroom with a Twist at Abravanel Hall, the Utah Symphony sparkled and its guest artists (culled from TV reality competitions) shined.

Jeff Leibow of JERSEY BOYS announced the 2nd Annual NF Hope Concert set to take place today, October 21 at 1 p.m. at Harrah's Las Vegas. Proceeds from the concert will be donated to NF Network, a non-profit organization that serves families and individuals with neurofibromatosis, more commonly known as NF. The second rendition of the NF Hope Concert will include performances by some of the biggest names in Las Vegas as well as an impressive live and silent auction.
