Yarn/Wire hosts its eighth annual International Institute, an incubator for sonic collaborations between performers, ensembles, composers, and creators, serving as an ecosystem for emerging and world-class artists to collectively push the boundaries of music, performance and sound.

​​​​​​​Bowerbird, the Philadelphia based non-profit organization that shares music, dance, film, and related art forms with audiences at locations across the region, presents New York percussion and piano quartet Yarn/Wire in the Philadelphia premiere performance of curvo totalitas by Catherine Lamb at University Lutheran Church on Friday, December 2, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. 

New York-based percussion and piano quartet Yarn/Wire gives the world premiere performance of Parallel Prints by Marcel Zaes at The Stone on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 8:30pm.

On Friday, September 10, 2021, the percussion and piano quartet Yarn/Wire will release two albums: Tonband, world premiere recordings of music by Enno Poppe and Wolfgang Heiniger out digitally on WERGO Records, and legendary sound artist and experimental composer Annea Lockwood's Becoming Air.

Victory Gardens Theater continues its 45th season with the Co-World Premiere of How to Defend Yourself by Liliana Padilla and directed by Marti Lyons. A Co-World Premiere with Actors Theatre of Louisville, How to Defend Yourself runs January 24 - February 23, 2020, with press performance on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 7:30pm at Victory Gardens Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Avenue.

Gilda's Club Chicago, a cancer support organization that ensures no one faces cancer alone, hosted its annual 'Night of a Thousand Noogies,' at Park West on October 15. Chicago's own Second City comedians performed signature sketch comedy routines and improv skits, with the help of emcee TJ Shanoff. All money raised from the event supports the 350 free activities each month at the downtown Clubhouse and satellite locations. 

Center Theatre Group and acclaimed Chicano theatre company El Teatro Campesino have collaborated to present POPOL VUH: HEART OF HEAVEN, a visual treat for the entire family for two performances only on October 10 and 11, 2015, at 3:30 p.m. in Grand Park, downtown Los Angeles.
