The West End's most glamorous musical, La Cage aux Folles, will officially close on January 2nd 2010 after more than a year in the West End.

The producers of the hit musical La Cage Aux Folles announced today that the show's original Albin, Douglas Hodge, will return this Christmas for a strictly limited five week season from November 30th 2009 at the Playhouse Theatre.

What's On Stage is reporting that the Chocolate Factory's revival of the 1983 hit play La Cage Au Folles will transfer to the West End. It will have an October 30th, 2008 at the Playhouse Theatre.
