When it comes to celebrating America's birthday, nobody rocks it like Philadelphia, America's birthplace, and 2013 the country's 237 th birthday will be no exception thanks to festive happenings before, during and after the Fourth of July. From July 1-7, Wawa Welcome America! hosts a week-long celebration filled with festive events, including the largest free concert in America starring Philly hometown heroes and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon house band The Roots. Add to that two major fireworks shows, more concerts, movie screenings and food-focused events all of which are free for a Fourth of July weekend that's sure to go down in history.

On the day that Americans are celebrating our country's independence with barbeque, fireworks, parties and music, MTV, CMT and VH1 for the first time will celebrate "Music Independence Day" on-air by combining forces to showcase artists across all three powerhouse brands.

Casting directors for series and movies for the kid- and family-targeted channels Disney Channel and Disney XD have begun a talent search throughout the greater Southern California area, visiting elementary, middle and high schools, performing arts schools and academies, dance studios and after school programs in search of new talent age 10-17. Led by casting directors Rosalinda Morales ('Bread and Roses,' 'La Misma Luna' aka 'Under The Same Moon') and Pauline O'con ('24'), the search is part of Disney Channel's and Disney XD's ongoing initiative to find, cast and develop diverse young actors, singers and dancers and provide them opportunities to showcase their talent across Disney platforms.

X Factor breakout band Emblem3 is confirmed for a number of high profile TV appearances in the coming months. The band is set to perform hit single 'Chloe (You're The One I Want)' on ABC's annual Good Morning America Summer Concert Series today, June 7.

The judge's panel for the third season of The X Factor is set to be officially revealed on Monday, but TMZ is reporting that Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio are in final negotiations to join the show, replacing Britney Spears and L.A. Reid.
