The Original Broadway Cast Recording of Amelie, A NEW MUSICAL, currently playing at the Walter Kerr Theatre, will be released on Friday, May 19, 2017 (online) and Friday, June 9, 2017 (in stores). Check out photos of the cast in the recording studio below!

Noel Coward was 39 years old when he played the lead role of Garry Essendine, a famous actor fearing for the future of his career as he enters middle age, in the premiere production of his rollickingly good comedy, PRESENT LAUGHTER. In order for that scenario to be believable today, you'd have to cast a woman in the role.

Present Laughter, starring Academy Award and two-time Tony Award winner Kevin Kline in his triumphant return to Broadway, opens tonight at the St. James Theatre (246 West 44th Street). Directed by Tony Award nominee Moritz von Stuelpnagel.

"Bursting with joy" isn't exactly a phrase commonly used to describe the exceptional directorial work of Pam MacKinnon. The woman who guided the premiere of Bruce Norris' tensely comic CLYBOURNE PARK and gobsmacked audiences with a freshly destructive vision of Edward Albee's WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF? is better known for drawing out dramatic shades than working with whimsy.

Producers just announced the Original Broadway Cast Recording of the much anticipated AME?LIE, A NEW MUSICAL, by a new imprint of the Warner Music Group. The original Broadway cast recording will be available for pre-order starting Thursday, March 9, 2017, and will be released on Friday, May 19, 2017 (online) and Friday, June 9, 2017 (in stores). Producer Jordan Roth announced today details for the digital lottery for the highly-anticipated revival of Noel Coward's Present Laughter which begins performances on Broadway this coming Friday, March 10 for a limited 16-week run. A limited quantity of $42 lottery tickets to each performance will be available through online entry at http://laughteronbroadway.com/lottery. Lottery winners will be notified by text message and email by noon the day prior to the performance. Purchase must be completed online by credit card only, with one entry per person (no age restrictions) and up to 2 tickets per winner. There is no day-of rush ticket availability during previews.

Producer Scott Rudin today announced that Steppenwolf's production of The Minutes, the new play from Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning playwright Tracy Letts, will have its Broadway premiere in the spring of 2018 in a production directed by Tony Award-winner Anna D. Shapiro.
