Scott Rudin and Barry Diller will present the Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes Artistic Director) production of Stephen Karam's much-raved-about new play, The Humans, on Broadway this season, following its smash-hit Off-Broadway engagement.  Directed by Tony Award winner Joe Mantello and featuring its entire acclaimed current Off-Broadway cast, The Humans will begin performances at Broadway's Helen Hayes Theatre (240 West 44th Street) on Saturday, January 23, 2016, and open officially on Thursday, February 18.

Due to popular demand, Playwrights Horizons has announced an extension of its New York premiere production of HIR, a new play by Obie Award-winning theater artist Taylor Mac (A 24-Decade History of Popular Music, The Lily's Revenge, The Walk Across America for Mother Earth, The Be(a)st of Taylor Mac, The Young Ladies Of), directed by theater director and performance artist Niegel Smith (Artistic Director of The Flea).  Originally set to play a limited engagement through Sunday, November 29, the production will now play an additional week through Sunday, December 6.

New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) has announced an extension for FONDLY, COLLETTE RICHLAND, the first production of the New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) 2015/16 Season. FONDLY, COLLETTE RICHLAND began previews on Friday, September 11, 2015 and officially opened on Monday, September 28, 2015 at New York Theatre Workshop (79 E. 4th Street New York, NY 10003), and will now run through Saturday, October 24 2015. Amelie, A New Musical continues to win the hearts of Bay Area audiences. The Humans begins preview performances Off-Broadway on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 and opens officially on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street). This is a limited engagement through Sunday, December 27, 2015.
