Post-Show Talkback Series to Start at YANK! 3/2

The York Theatre Company (James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director) in partnership with Broadway Impact today announced programming for three Post-Performance Talkbacks to discuss varied topics related to the themes of their acclaimed production of Yank!, currently playing at York Theatre at Saint Peter's. Yank! features music by Joseph Zellnik, book and lyrics by David Zellnik, and direction by Igor Goldin. Performances began on February 16th and continue through March 21, 2010.

Diversionary Theatre's Queer Theatre program will present a reading of David Zellnik's play Let A Hundred Flowers Bloom, a comedy set in New York in 1996, and is about (variously): disability, gay porn, the pharmaceutical revolutions of the 90s, Chairman Mao, and the rise and fall of post-AIDS euphoria. It is the story of how to construct a life, a sex life, and a friendship after ten years of believing you would die very soon.
