Roald Dahl's enduringly popular children's book, The BFG, will be brought to life in a brand new staging at Birmingham Repertory Theatre this Christmas. A well-loved story of a dream-blowing, big friendly giant and little orphan Sophie in a land of child-eating giants, The BFG, will open at The REP from 26 November 2014 to 24 January 2015.
The Daily Mail writes that Emma Williams has joined the company of Nikolai Foster's production of Irving Berlin's WHITE CHRISTMAS, which runs at the West Yorkshire Playhouse 24 November 2014 - 17 January 2015. She joins previously announced Darren Day and Oliver Tompsett in the cast.

Ex-Coronation Street star Charlie Condou is to star in the UK premiere of the Tony nominated Broadway comedy drama Next Fall. Next Fall, by award-winning writer Geoffrey Nauffts, will play at Southwark Playhouse, now through Saturday 25 October. Next Fall is directed by Luke Sheppard, whose critically acclaimed production of In The Heights was a sold-out smash hit at Southwark Playhouse earlier this year. A new musical created by a team of Australian brothers, Paul and Michael Hodge, CLINTON will makes its US debut at the 2014 New York Musical Theatre Festival.
