The New York Philharmonic will present Beloved Friend - Tchaikovsky and His World: A Philharmonic Festival, January 24-February 11, 2017, featuring Russian-born Semyon Bychkov conducting works by Tchaikovsky as well as composers he was influenced by and whom he influenced, with piano soloists Yefim Bronfman and Kirill Gerstein.

Since its inception thirteen years ago, Celebrate Mexico Now! has been highlighting the Mexican cultural landscape in its rich and different iterations. At the same time it has strengthened and expanded the artistic and cultural bridge between the United States and Mexico. For one week this year, October 24-30, the festival returns with a wide range of events, many free, in several venues throughout the city.
Lincoln Center Hosts Annual LC Kids Trick-or-Treat Event

Lincoln Center once again welcomes costumed kids and families for a festive Halloween celebration. Hosted by the LC Kids program, the all-ages event will feature trick-or-treating around the cultural campus, a parade to live music, a haunted scavenger hunt, a David Bowie tribute concert and dance party, and a number of additional free activities to delight all ages. Last year's inaugural Trick-or-Treat event welcomed more than 10,000 people to Lincoln Center, marking it as a destination for families and children of all ages to celebrate Halloween.

The New York Philharmonic has announced the 2016-17 season's Insights at the Atrium series, free events exploring themes of the Philharmonic's concert season through multimedia lectures, conversations, and panel discussions. Expanding to eight events this season, Insights at the Atrium has gained in popularity since its inception in 2011, helping thousands of audience members delve more deeply into the music, musicians, and ideas featured in the Philharmonic's season through a dynamic and accessible forum. All events are held at the David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center and begin at 7:30 p.m.

Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts will feature a special three-month pop-up TKTS residency at the David Rubenstein Atrium's Zucker Box Office. The partnership with Theatre Development Fund, the nonprofit service organization for the performing arts which operates the TKTS Discount Booths, gives more New Yorkers the opportunity to purchase discount tickets, and to have access to the wonderful range of performing arts available in New York.
