Photo Coverage: In Rehearsal as Sebastian Blunt Joins the Cast of GATSBY as it Heads to the West End This Month

While Emily Blunt is seemingly everywhere, promoting her much acclaimed new film Sicario, her brother, Sebastian, is quietly in rehearsals for the upcoming staging of 'GATSBY'. The Arts Theatre plays host to the musical adaptation of Fitzgerald's iconic Jazz-Age novel from October 26th and throughout November on Monday nights, presented by Ruby In The Dust.

Full Cast Announced for CROSSING JERUSALEM at Park Theatre

Rehearsals begin today for the new production of Crossing Jerusalem, written and directed by Julia Pascal, at Park Theatre (PARK90) from 4 - 29 August. David Ricardo Pearce will play the role of Gideon. The full cast is: Louisa Clein, Waleed Elgadi, Adi Lerer, Andy Lucas, David Ricardo Pearce, Chris Spyrides, Alistair Toovey and Trudy Weiss. Press Night is Thursday 6 August, 7pm.

The production is visually stunning, blending live actors, puppets and keenly choreographed movement that breathe life into everyday inanimate objects. The puppetry involves a huge range of ground-breaking techniques and variety of creations - from the smallest mechanical creatures to the huge god-like masks and limbs that represent Oberon and Titania, King and Queen of the Fairies.

BWW Reviews: A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM Combines Puppets and Live Action at the Spoleto Festival

There is much to love about the innovative production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, directed by Tom Morris, that is currently playing at the Dock Street Theatre in Charleston, S.C. as part of the Spoleto Festival. A spare company of twelve actors enacts a large cast of characters with the help of puppets composed of inventive materials ranging from classical masks to simple workmen's tools. A co-production by the U.K.'s Bristol Old Vic and Handspring Puppet Company from South Africa, the production is a visual feast chock full of imaginative surprises.
