According to Deadline, Kyle MacLachlan will officially return to star in the return of TWIN PEAKS on Showtime.

SHOWTIME has picked up a second season of the critically-acclaimed new drama series THE AFFAIR and a fifth season of the Emmy® and Golden Globe®-winning hit series HOMELAND, to air 10 and 12 new episodes respectively in 2015.

Noted for his range of comedic and dramatic roles, Oscar® and Golden Globe® nominee Steve Coogan (Philomena, Alan Partridge) is set to star in the SHOWTIME comedy pilot HAPPYISH.

A message from TWIN PEAKS creators and executive producers David Lynch and Mark Frost turned to Twitter today to share a message that the ABC drama will be returning to Showtime in 2016.

SHOWTIME has given a pilot order to CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND, a half-hour comedy with musical elements co-created, executive produced and written by feature writer Aline Brosh McKenna

SHOWTIME has given a pilot production order to ROADIES, a comedy that follows the day-to-day life of a successful rock tour as seen through the eyes of music's unsung background players - the crew members who help get the show on the road. Cameron Crowe, who won an Oscar(R) for brilliantly chronicling the highs and lows of rock and roll life as witnessed by a Rolling Stone magazine cub reporter in his semi-autobiographical film Almost Famous, wrote and will direct the one-hour pilot (for a potential half-hour series). Crowe will executive produce with Emmy(R) and Tony(R) nominee Winnie Holzman (Huge, My So-Called Life, Wicked), who will serve as showrunner, as well as Emmy winners J.J. Abrams (Lost, Fringe, Person of Interest) and Bryan Burk (Lost, Fringe, Person of Interest). Kathy Lingg (Person of Interest, Revolution) is co-executive producer. ROADIES is produced by Bad Robot Productions, Vinyl Films and Dooley & Company Productions, in association with Warner Bros. Television. Today, Showtime announced the renewals of its Emmy and Golden GlobeAward-winning series HOMELAND and the critically-acclaimed drama MASTERS OF SEX for their fourth and second seasons respectively. Both series are set to return in 2014 with 12 one-hour episodes. HOMELAND airs on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET/PT, followed by MASTERS OF SEX at 10 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME.
