Shakespearean charm fills the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts (WICA), where preparations for the ten-show run of Falstaff in Love are underway. This hilarious prequel to William Shakespeare's Henry IV plays is set to open on December 8, with performances through December 23.

And so begins a terrifying series of events that lead to the murder of a King, friends, mothers, and their children. Macbeth and his Lady fall prey to a soul-corroding guilt as they desperately try and cling to the defiled crown.

Three plays-Table Manners, Living Together, Round and Round the Garden-each set in a different room of an English country house, and each telling a variation on the same story. The Norman Conquests, is directed by Andrew Grenier, opens tonight, June 7 and runs through June 22, 2013.
