Whidbey Island Center for the Arts, under the leadership of Executive Director Stacie Burgua, presents Rabbit Hole, by David Lindsay-Abaire. The production, directed by Chris Fisher, features Max Cole-Takanikos, Patricia Duff, Tom Harris, Jill Johnson, and Melissa McAlerney. Performances will begin at Whidbey Island Center for the Arts, 565 Camano Avenue, on Friday, April 10 and continue through Saturday, April 25.

The DreamWorks Theatricals and Neal Street Productions, Ltd production of SREK THE MUSICAL opened at the Broadway Theatre in New York City on December 14, 2008. On March 24th, the highly anticipated Original Cast Recording will be released by Decca Broadway.

Jeff Daniels, Hope Davis, James Gandolfini and Marcia Gay Harden star in GOD OF CARNAGE, the new play by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton, directed by Matthew Warchus, opened on Broadway at the Bernard Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45 Street), Sunday March 22. Anna Ziegler Recieves 2008 STAGE Prize From Alan Heeger 4/11

Nobel Laureate Alan Heeger (2000, Chemistry) will present playwright Anna Ziegler with the 2008 STAGE International Script Competition prize on April 11 at The Fountain Theatre. The prize, accompanied by a $10,000 check, will be bestowed during a short ceremony at 8 pm, immediately prior to a performance of her winning play, Photograph 51.
