CBS Interactive's award-winning webcast concert series, LIVE ON LETTERMAN, presented by Xperia Lounge, will feature legendary rock band Phish performing live from the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City

'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' delivered another decisive win in late-night results for the week of June 9-13, beating the combined rating of ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' and CBS's 'Late Show with David Letterman' in adults 18-49.

Tim Duncan celebrates the San Antonio Spurs' fifth NBA Championship title when he visits the LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN, Tuesday, June 24 (11:35 PM-12:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. This will be his first talk show interview since the team's victory.

“Dateline NBC” (1.1/5 in 18-49, 6.2 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) ranked as the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49, finishing ahead of ABC's “Shark Tank” encore, “What Would You Do” and “20/20” (1.0 each). “Dateline” ranked #1 in its two-hour time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, adults 25-54, total viewers and all key adult-female demos.

The all-new live show MythBusters: Behind the Myths returns to Las Vegas, appearing for the first time the Orleans Arena today, June 21.

This year the Showboat Circus is once again coming to Tribeca with old-time family entertainment aboard a century-old covered wooden barge. DeadPan Alley, starring Will Shaw, is a one-hour, one-man performance of physical comedy, verbal wit and expert skill. Audiences of all ages will be thrilled with astounding and hilarious displays of juggling and balance, fancy cowboy roping, flying boomerangs, rare and amazing spinning top manipulations, hat tricks, sight gags, audience participation and clowning steeped in the traditions of the great comedians from the silent film era to the present. DeadPan Alley also features serious (and not-so serious) musical presentations with the piano and harmonica. Will Shaw has performed on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Sesame Street and was an instructor for the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus Clown College.

Brooklyn's American Authors have finally released their official video for their newest radio single, 'Believer.' This is the second single off their debut album, Oh, What A Life, that came out this past March. The band also just announced this week that they will be headlining the second leg of the Honda Civic Tour, beginning October first. Dates will be announced later this summer. FOX (3.776 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1) was the top demo draw on Thursday thanks to new episodes of 'Hell's Kitchen' (4.934 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.8, #T1) and 'Gang Related' (2.619 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T9).

“Last Comic Standing” is up +17% week to week in 18-49 rating to win decisively at 10 among ABC, CBS and NBC by a +40% margin over ABC's second-place season premiere of “Rookie Blue”. “Last Comic” ranked #1 in the time period in every key demo among ABC, CBS and NBC.
