Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT) is proud to premiere Little Orphan Danny, a musical memoir from Dan Finnerty about what it means to be a good son. This surprisingly touching and irreverently funny show is for everyone out there who has a mother. Julie Foldesi, a veteran Broadway actor who recently appeared in Sunday in the Park with George with Jake Gyllenhaal, plays, among many roles, Dan's birth mother and adoptive mother. The show is Music Directed by Dan Lipton, who was recently the Associate Music Director for Sting's The Last Ship on Broadway.

MusicWorks today announced that it would be presenting five classic folk-rock concerts in three different venues during the month of March.

The Eli and Edythe Broad Stage in Santa Monica presents three concerts from Artists-in-Residence, Calder Quartet, on February 25, March 11 and April 29.  This inventive and passionate quartet explores the profound beauty of Beethoven's String Quartets paired with classical and contemporary works. This will be the third and final year of the Calder Quartet residency at The Broad Stage.

The most musically satisfying Beatles tribute band and State Theatre audience favorite returns to Easton performing Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in its entirety plus a mixed set of favorites! The Fab Faux will perform accompanied by The Hogshead Horns, The Creme Tangerine Strings and Erin Hill.
