The hit Broadway comedy An Act of God starring Emmy Award winner Sean Hayes begins performances tonight, Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Center Theatre Group / Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles. The limited six-week engagement officially opens on Wednesday, February 10 and continues through Sunday, March 13.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. "Charlie Pollock & Friends" will bring down the Columbia High School Auditorium house at 7:30pm on MONDAY DECEMBER 14th, raising money for the Achieve Foundation's "Vanessa Pollock Music Initiative".

"Charlie Pollock & Friends" will bring down the Columbia High School Auditorium house at 7:30pm on MONDAY DECEMBER 14th, raising money for the Achieve Foundation's 'Vanessa Pollock Music Initiative'. The VP Music Initiative was founded to help repair/add instruments for the entire SOMSD, provide scholarships to in-need students for the rental of their band/orchestra instrument, and to provide private music instruction and instruments to in-need prodigious students.  

'A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum' is a holiday treat for metropolitan area audiences. Directed by Jessica Stone with choreography by Denis Jones and musical direction by Gary Adler, the stellar all-male cast is brimming with talent.

Two River Theater presents A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM, the Tony Award-winning musical farce written by comedy giants Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart, with music and lyrics by theater legend Stephen Sondheim. The director is Jessica Stone, the choreographer is Denis Jones, and the musical director is Gary Adler. The press opening is Friday, November 20 at 8pm and performances will continue through Sunday, December 13 in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, Red Bank, NJ. Two River Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director John Dias and Managing Director Michael Hurst, announces the full cast and creative team for its production of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, the Tony Award-winning musical farce written by comedy giants Burt Shevelove and Larry Gelbart, with music and lyrics by theater legend Stephen Sondheim. The director is Jessica Stone (Absurd Person Singular), the choreographer is Denis Jones (Honeymoon in Vegas), and the musical director is Gary Adler (Avenue Q).

Raleigh, NC- North Carolina Theatre, the region's premiere nonprofit professional regional theatre producing Broadway musical revivals, is thrilled to announce a strong mix of Broadway and regional talent in the casting of Into The Woods, playing October 20-25, 2015 at the Raleigh Memorial Auditorium in the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents David Josefsberg in "The Devil Inside" on August 3rd at 7pm.  The show is about "The Devil Inside" Mr. Josefsberg.  Most people know David as a sweet, innocent, wonderful, decent human being (yeah right) but David also has a dark side.  There will be some Jason Robert Brown, Stevie Wonder, and some Queen, but there will also be some filthy, hilarious, off-color material written by Josefsberg himself.

The new Broadway comedy An Act of God, starring Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner Jim Parsons, began performances on May 7 and officially opened last night, May 28, 2015 at Studio 54 (254 West 54th Street). BroadwayWorld brings you photos from the opening night after party below!
