Flashdance The Musical, based on the Paramount Pictures film (screenplay by Tom Hedley and Joe Eszterhas, story by Tom Hedley), is produced in the West End by Christopher Malcolm, David Ian, The Baruch Viertel Routh Frankel Group, and Transamerica.

Retro Productions is proud to kick off their 6th season with Michael Frayn's Benefactors. Directed by Peter Zinn (Holy Days, Retro Productions; Rumspringa, 45 Bleecker), the 6-time 2010 New York Innovative Theatre Award nominated company brings Benefactors back to New York City November 3 - 20, 2010.

Flashdance The Musical will open in the West End at the Shaftesbury Theatre this autumn. Previewing from 24 September 2010 with press night on 14 October, Flashdance The Musical is currently booking until 26 February 2011.

The smash hit musical Grease will end its triumphant West End run next spring prior to a UK tour. Grease returned to London on 25 July 2007 (with a press night on 8th August) and since its premiere the feel-good audience favourite has played over 1,300 performances and has been seen by over 1¼million theatregoers at the Piccadilly Theatre, where it is the longest running show in the venue's history. Grease will close on 30 April 2011 after nearly four electrifyin' years in the West End and will immediately begin a national tour opening at the Edinburgh Playhouse on 6 May 2011. Full tour schedule and casting will be announced.

Grease celebrates its third electrifying Birthday this July with a new leading lady. The producers announced that Lauren Samuels will join the cast of the smash-hit musical on 26 July 2010. Making her West End debut, Lauren will star in the iconic role of 'Sandy' until 22 January 2011 at London's Piccadilly Theatre. Noel Sullivan will continue as 'Danny' and Siubhan Harrison will also join the show in the role of 'Rizzo'.

The national tour of the hit Broadway show GREASE will play its final performance on May 23rd in Cleveland. The tour was originally supposed to hold a limited run in Boston; however, that run has been canceled. The tour will play Cleveland's Palace Theatre from May 11th through the 23rd.
