Red Bull Theater today announced a very special Revelation Reading: for two nights only, on Sunday, June 18th and Monday June 19th at The Duke on 42nd Street (229 West 42nd Street, between 7th and 8th Avenues) Red Bull will present a concert reading of THE COUNTRY WIFE, a new musical adapted from the play of the same name by William Wycherley by Richard Maltby Jr. with lyrics by Richard Maltby Jr. and music by David Shire, and direction by Mr. Maltby.

Arlene Hutton's The Last Train To Nibroc is a simply staged romance fit for Playhouse on Park's intimate theater. This drama hearkens a time when pen and ink was the most prevalent form of communication, chronicling two people's search for happiness in 1940's America. A special Tuesday matinee has been scheduled for May 9 at 2pm. All tickets for this event are priced at $22.50, all seats reserved.

Bron Creative to Executive Produce and Co-Finance Jennifer Kent's THE NIGHTINGALE

Bron Creative will executive produce and co-finance THE NIGHTINGALE, a period thriller written and directed by Jennifer Kent, who previously wrote and directed the acclaimed feature The Babadook. Made Up Stories, together with major production investment from Screen Australia, and in association with the Tasmanian Government through Screen Tasmania, and the South Australian Film Corporation will co-finance the picture as well. THE NIGHTINGALE will begin production in March in Tasmania, Australia.
