THE ROAD THEATRE COMPANY and Taylor Gilbert, Founder/Artistic Director together with Sam Anderson, Artistic Director, produced by Ann Hearn and Carlyle King present a fundraiser for One Night Only to benefit the Road Theatre.

New Diorama Theatre has announced today that their Edinburgh Fringe hit show Secret Life of Humans is transferring for a five-week run, at the Brits Off-Broadway which runs at New York's 59E59 Theaters from 30 May until 01 July 2018.

59E59 Theaters will re-launch their Theater A subscription series for 2018.

Artistic Director of Deafinitely Theatre, Paula Garfield, today announces a new, site-specific production of Mike Bartlett's play Contractions as the company marks its 15th anniversary. A co-production with New Diorama Theatre and staged on a disused trading floor at New Diorama's ND2, it will be Deafinitely Theatre's first site-specific show. Garfield directs Fifi Garfield and Abigail Poulton in the production which opens at New Diorama's ND2 on 8 November, with previews from 1 November, and runs until 29 November.

Benjamin Clementine, the acclaimed British singer, songwriter and pianist, will headline Carnegie Hall on October 5, 2017. Starting Friday, April 21, tickets will be available at carnegiehall.org or by calling Carnegiecharge at 212 247-7800. Prices range from $30 to $70. In this concert, a major milestone in an already remarkable early career, Clementine will debut songs from his forthcoming new album, the follow-up to his Mercury Prize winning album At Least for Now, due for release this fall.

The Gish Prize Trust today announced that the widely influential, utterly inimitable Meredith Monk has been selected to receive the 24th annual Dorothy and Lillian Gish Prize, in recognition of her ongoing achievements as a composer, singer and interdisciplinary artist. Established in 1994 through the will of legendary stage and screen actress Lillian Gish, known as the First Lady of Cinema, the Dorothy and Lillian Gish Prize is one of the most prestigious honors given to artists in the United States and bears one of the largest cash awards, currently valued at approximately $250,000.
