Palm Beach County will live up to its well-earned title as 'Florida's Cultural Capital' early next year with three major festivals.

Susan R. Williamson, Director of the Palm Beach Poetry Festival (PBPF), today announced that award-winning poet Laure-Anne Bosselaar has been added to the faculty list of the 13th annual Festival, which is returning to Old School Square for six days, January 16-21, 2017.

The Oakland Symphony, Michael Morgan Music Director and conductor, will be joined by guest violinist Kelly Hall-Tompkins - currently on Broadway was as the Fiddler in Fiddler on the Roof -- and members of its acclaimed Oakland Symphony Youth Orchestra for Lost Romantic Symphonies Friday, November 18, at 8 pm at the Paramount Theatre.

Special Guest Poet Palm will be Charles Simic, past United States Poet Laureate (2007-2008) and 1990 Pulitzer Prize winner.

Fiddler on the Roof's violin soloist, Kelly Hall-Tompkins, will perform a pre-show concert at a special event screening of the 1971 film of Fiddler on the Roof on Monday, June 27th at the United Palace of Cultural Arts (4140 Broadway at W. 175th St..
