Victoria Wood is to direct a new version of her play Talent, a comedy with songs, previewing at the Menier Chocolate Factory from 17 September with press night on 23 September, and running until 14 November.

Paris' Théâtre du Châtelet has announced via their website that Kristin Scott Thomas will play Desiree Armfeldt and Leslie Caron will play Madame Armfeldt in Jonathan Stockhammer's upcoming production of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's A Little Night Music.

A revival of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC is headed for Broadway. The production will be directed by Tony Award-winner Trevor Nunn, and will utilize the creative team behind the recent London production, which opened at the Menier Chocolate Factory before transferring to the Garrick Theatre on December 3, 2008. The new Broadway revival 'rehearses in October 2009. Opens in December. Dates tentative,' according to a recent Equity casting announcement.
