59E59 Theaters will re-launch their Theater A subscription series for 2018.

I recall with reverence the illustrated cover of the original cast album of MY FAIR LADY by the acclaimed caricaturist, the late Al Hirschfeld (who has a Broadway theater named in his honor). It featured the author of 'Pygmalion' which MY FAIR LADY is based on, George Bernard Shaw, overlooking a cloud in heaven with puppet strings holding up the two lead characters in the show, Henry Higgins and Eliza Doolittle, It's a true classic. So was the original cast which opened on Broadway in 1956 and starred Julie Andrews and Rex Harrison and later became a smash movie with Harrison and Audrey Hepburn in 1964. I recall having a reserved seat ticket for the film.

Now playing in Florida Rep's ArtStage Studio Theatre, 'Shear Madness' will extend its nearly sold out run to April 2nd, setting an 11-week record for the theatre. And for its final week, Florida Rep welcomes Lisa McMillan to the cast, who is currently appearing in the New York production.

North Carolina Theatre has announced complete casting for Monty Python's Spamalot, the first show of their 2016/17 Season.

One Year Lease Theater Company presents the World Premiere of Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally by Brooklyn-based playwright Kevin Armento (Good Men Wanted - 2015 O'Neill National Playwriting Finalist/PlayPenn Finalist, 2015-2016 Ars Nova Artist-in-Residence, Companion Piece at Pleasance Theatre, London)for a limited Off-Broadway run from September 30 to October 24 at 59E59 Theaters (59 East 59th Street, NYC). Dominick LaRuffa Jr. is set to take on the role of "Dominick Vitale" in the hit Off-Broadway comedy "My Big Gay Italian Funeral" (now approaching its two year anniversary) Sunday May 10th, opposite creator Anthony J. Wilkinson.   On June 6th, 2015 LaRuffa Jr. will continue on with the cast in Wilkinson's long running original hit comedy "My Big Gay Italian Wedding" in the role of "Mario."

Robbyne Kaamil is set to return to the stage for one night only in the hit Off-Broadway comedy "My Big Gay Italian Wedding" opposite creator Anthony J. Wilkinson and Danny Bernardy. Saturday, February 28th at 8pm, Kaamil who is no stranger to the stage will bring her comedic talents to St. Luke's Theatre.

Danny Bernardy takes on the role of leading male 'Andrew Polinski' in the hit Off-Broadway comedy 'My Big Gay Italian Wedding' opposite creator Anthony J. Wilkinson. Currently being played by Brandon Goins, Bernardy is set to step in for the winter season beginning tonight, January 10th every Saturday at 8pm.

?Danny Bernardy is set to take on the role of leading male "Andrew Polinski" in the hit Off-Broadway comedy "My Big Gay Italian Wedding" opposite creator Anthony J. Wilkinson. Bernardy will be replacing Brandon Goins who took his final bow Saturday night after almost two years in the role. Goins is currently the longest to play the role since the production was conceived back at the Actors Playhouse back in 2003.
