After a run at the London Coliseum last year and a subsequent tenure in Toronto, Jim Steinman's Bat Out of Hell is back in town - and it puts rock well and truly back into the West End.

In celebration of the official opening night of Jim Steinman's Bat Out Of Hell - The Musical at the Dominion Theatre on Thursday 19 April 2018, and due to overwhelming demand for tickets, the producers have announced a new booking period from 30 July to 27 October 2018, with tickets going on sale at 10.00am on 19 April. The winner of the Evening Standard Radio 2 Audience Award for Best Musical 2017 began previews on Monday 2 April.

Following the announcement at last night's Evening Standard Theatre Awards that Jim Steinman's Bat Out Of Hell The Musical has won the Radio 2 Audience Award for Best Musical, the producers are delighted to announce the musical will be returning to London's West End in 2018, with performances beginning at the Dominion Theatre on 2 April. Tickets went on sale today.

At a ceremony held today at London's Caf de Paris, Aladdin's Trevor Dion Nicholas announced the nominees for the 18th Annual WhatsOnStage Awards. The announcement of the nominations marks the opening of the final voting stage which closes 31 January, with the winners announced at the annual Awards ceremony held on 25 February 2018 at the Prince of Wales Theatre.

The new block of tickets, December 5 - 24, 2017 will go on sale Saturday September 16.

Prior to the Toronto engagement, BAT OUT OF HELL THE MUSICAL played London's West End at the London Coliseum for limited run through July 22, 2017.
