CABARET has stood the test of time and Moonbox Productions puts a time stamp on the 1966 musical that brings it into the here and now. Director/choreographer Rachel Bertone and Music Director Dan Rodriguez whip a kick-ass kick line of high steppers into a precision machine to evoke the seedy Kit Kat Klub, and triple threat performers Aimee Doherty, Phil Tayler, and Jared Troilo lead an outstanding cast.

The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus may be folding after 146 years in operation, but you can catch Moonbox Productions' loving tribute to its creator, P.T. Barnum at the Roberts Studio Theatre at the Boston Center for the Arts. Director/choreographer Rachel Bertone has crafted a dazzling, dizzying staging of BARNUM, featuring electrifying performances, beautiful vocals, and an array of circus routines that are made to look easy by the talented ensemble cast. Come follow the band and join this circus!

Moonbox Productions, nominated for numerous IRNE and Elliot Norton Awards, is thrilled to present the dazzling American musical, Barnum, by Mark Bramble, Michael Stewart and Cy Coleman, April 8th - 30th at the Boston Center for the Arts Calderwood Pavilion, Roberts Studio Theatre, 539 Tremont Street, Boston.  Performances are Thursdays at 7:30 pm, Fridays/Saturdays at 8 pm, Sat/Sun matinees 2 pm. According to the Washington Post, the national touring cast of ANNIE got heckled this week at DC's National Theatre. The heckler attended the show Tuesday night, and is said to have yelled, 'That was terrible!' from his seat, following the number 'We'd Like to Thank You Herbert Hoover.' There were no reported reactions from the cast or the other audience members during the incident.

Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston will present a tribute to the genius of Rodgers & Hammerstein with the return of A Grand Night for Singing, this weekend, September 26-27 at the Robinson Theater (617 Lexington St, Waltham, MA, 02452). 

Moonbox Productions, nominated for numerous IRNE and Elliot Norton Awards, kicks-off its sixth season with its second annual, one-night only, company cabaret entitled - Decadence, Debauchery and Divas!  The cabaret takes place at Club Oberon, 2 Arrow Street in Cambridge, on October 19th from 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm.  Tickets are $25 and all proceeds and donations benefit Moonbox Productions' mission to produce top quality local theater and to help area non-profits increase the reach and impact of their work.

Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston continues its 47th consecutive summer season with the hilariously entertaining Kiss Me, Kate, from July 9-19, 2015 at the Robinson Theatre (617 Lexington St. Waltham, MA, 02452). Starring Broadway couple Sarah Pfisterer as Lilli Vanessi/Kate (The Phantom of the Opera, Reagle's My Fair Lady) and Rick Hilsabeck as Fred Graham/Petruchio (Billy Elliot, Reagle's My Fair Lady), Cole Porter's hilarious musical recounts the madcap backstage and onstage antics of two feuding couples during a production of The Taming of the Shrew. Reagle will close out its summer season from August 6-16 with Wonderful Town, starring Katie Anne Clarke and Jennifer Ellis. Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston brings back this crowd-pleasing British musical comedy about a cockney gent who learns that he is the 14th heir to the Earl of Hareford, but must choose between love and money. Director/Choreographer Cynthia Thole appeared in the original Broadway revival of ME AND MY GIRL and transmits her familiarity with the show to an exuberant cast, led by engaging, talented Peabody native Joshua Holden.
