Phase 4 Films has announced that AFTER THE DARK, formerly known as THE PHILOSOPHERS, will receive a national theatrical day-and-date release today, February 7, 2014. The film was penned and directed by John Huddles, and stars James D'Arcy, Bonnie Wright, Daryl Sabara, Sophie Lowe, Rhys Wakefield, Freddie Stroma, Maia Mitchell, Katie Findlay, Jacob Artist, and Erin Moriarty. George Zakk, Cybill Lui, and Huddles produced, with Eddy Sariaatmadja and Balaji Rao serving as executive producers.

FOX scores a comedic touchdown when special episodes of NEW GIRL and Golden Globe Award winner for Best Television Series - Comedy or Musical BROOKLYN NINE-NINE air Sunday, Feb. 2, immediately after FOX Sports' coverage of SUPER BOWL XLVIII.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the former FREAKS AND GEEKS star has booked a recurring role on the hit comedy, starring Zooey Deschanel. Cardellini will play Abby, the 'wild' sister of Jess (Deschanel). As of now, there's no word when the actress' first episode wil air.

E News reports that Prince is set to make a guest star appearance on the FOX comedy NEW GIRL. The legendary singer will play himself on the upcoming Super Bowl episode.
