For her annual Thanksgiving week show at 54 Below, Callaway crafted an exciting world premiere night of music centered on the songs of women songwriters who have inspired her. BroadwayWorld was there along with Michael Feinstein, Ginny Mancinni, Arlene Dahl, Clint Holmes, Marc Cherry and others. Billie Holiday's 'God Bless the Child,' Carole King's 'Will You Love Me Tomorrow?', and Dorothy Field's 'The Way You Look Tonight' are among the gems carefully chosen by he Platinum-selling composer and lyricist. Classics by Peggy Lee, Joni Mitchell, and Cynthia Weil, as well as songs by friends Michelle Brourman and Amanda McBroom reflect the unique female perspective on love, life, and the pursuit of happiness.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. The U.S. National Tour of BEAUTIFUL - THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL plays a two-week engagement at the Boston Opera House. Focusing on King's early life and career, the good-time time machine rolls out the incredible string of hits written by the composing teams of Carole King/Gerry Goffin and Barry Mann/Cynthia Weil. Abby Mueller is a standout in the role of the music industry icon and BEAUTIFUL excels as a musical journey.

Carole King's biomusical leans heavy on the bio, but in this case that's a good thing.

Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, is set to celebrate Thanksgiving in style with a special prix fixe menu from Executive Chef Lynn Bound.

Musicals Tonight! continues its ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with its next edition of  AT THIS PERFORMANCE… to be held on Sunday, November 1st  at The Lion Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street at 7 PM.

Producers Paul Blake and Sony/ATV Music Publishing announced this week that Abby Mueller has nabbed the title role in the First National Tour of BEAUTIFUL -- THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL, the smash hit musical about the early life and career of the legendary and groundbreaking singer/songwriter. Mueller's sister, Jessie Mueller, won the Tony Award in 2014 Best Actress in a Musical her portrayal of King in the show's Broadway production.

It was a starry night at Feinstein's/54 Below on October 22, 2015, with performances from Tamara Tunie, Jarrod Spector and Kelli Barrett, Phillipa Soo and with special guest performers Renee Elise Goldsberry, Jasmine Cephas Jones and Steven Pasquale.

Cafe Carlyle is pleased to welcome back GRAMMY Award-winner Steve Tyrell for a four-week engagement, December 1-January 2.

Jarrod Spector will appear at New Jersey Performing Arts Center in 'The American Songbook' performance on Sunday, October 25th at 7:00 pm.

Even though Beautiful may not be a perfect show, it's still a fun night out and a reminder that Carole King is as a part of the American songbook as is Cole Porter and Irving Berlin.
