Feinstein's/54 Below Announces Special Thanksgiving Menu

Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, is set to celebrate Thanksgiving in style with a special prix fixe menu from Executive Chef Lynn Bound. On Thursday, November 26, indulge in a Thanksgiving dinner that combines time-honored holiday tradition with the exceptional creativity and quality that exemplifies Chef Bound's food program at Feinstein's/54 Below. For her annual Thanksgiving week show at Feinstein's/54 Below, Callaway has crafted an exciting world premiere night of music centered on the songs of women songwriters who have inspired her. Billie Holiday's "God Bless the Child," Carole King's "Will You Love Me Tomorrow?", and Dorothy Field's "The Way You Look Tonight" are among the gems carefully chosen by he Platinum-selling composer and lyricist. Classics by Peggy Lee, Joni Mitchell, and Cynthia Weil, as well as songs by friends Michelle Brourman and Amanda McBroom reflect the unique female perspective on love, life, and the pursuit of happiness. And expect to enjoy moments of Ann at the piano singing the best of her original songs. CHEF LYNN BOUND is Executive Chef at Feinstein's/54Below. Chef Bound came to Broadway's Supper Club following seven years with Union Square Hospitality Group, where she served as Executive Chef at Cafe 2 and Terrace 5 at the Museum of Modern Art. Previously, she has served as Executive Chef at Jean-George Vongerichten's Lipstick Café, Executive Chef of Takashimaya's Teabox Café, Executive Sous Chef for the Paris-based catering company Tentation Potel & Chabot, and Executive Chef of off-premise events and cafes for Great Performances, the catering partner of some of NYC's most prestigious cultural institutions, including Jazz at Lincoln Center and the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
