BWW Interviews: Craig Wright on His Broadway Hit GRACE and Its Utah Premiere

Pulitzer Prize nominee Craig Wright recently spoke with BroadwayWorld about his drama GRACE, which played on Broadway in 2012 and will have its Utah premiere this month. Utah Repertory Theater Company and Around the Globe Theatre will stage the co-production April 25-May 10 at the Sugar Space Theatre in Salt Lake City.

Kenopsia Productions and Blind Pug Arts Collective have announced the run of Fault Lines: Two One Acts, a compilation of two bold and biting one act plays that explore the boundaries of familial love, and the dangers of parental protection going too far. The show begins with The Rest, is Silence by rising playwright Kelsey Jayne Hogan, and concludes with frag by Michael John Garces, Artistic Director of Cornerstone Theatre Company. Emerging director Elizabeth Schneider will direct these two complimentary, yet stylistically contrasting pieces that expose the fissures of family dysfunction.

Evans, announces a forthcoming artistic exchange with Ireland through the co-production of Chapatti, a new work developed through Northlight's Interplay program. The co-production of Chapatti will premiere at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie, today, March 7-April 13, 2014, and will open at the Galway Arts Festival in July 2014. Chapatti, by acclaimed Irish playwright Christian O' Reilly, will be directed by Artistic Director BJ Jones and will feature John Mahoney and Penny Slusher.
