According to the Daily Mail, Paul Michael Glaser (Starsky and Hutch) will play 'Tevye' in Fiddler on the Roof at the Mayflower Theatre in Southampton, directed by Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood.

Tom Chambers and Summer Strallen take the lead roles of Jerry Travers and Dale Tremont in Top Hat which opened on Wednesday 9th May at the Aldwych Theatre in the West End where the show is currently booking until 26 January 2013. Thea Sharrock to Direct West End THE BODYGUARD for November Opening Starring Heather Headley and Lloyd Owen

Thea Sharrock is to direct The Bodyguard, a new musical opening at the Adelphi Theatre in Autumn 2012 based on the Warner Bros. film of the same name with screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan. Starring Heather Headley as Rachel Marron and Lloyd Owen as Frank Farmer in the roles made famous on film by the late Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner, tickets for The Bodyguard go on sale today (1 May 2012) taking bookings until 27 April 2013 for the production's first booking period. Previews begin on 6 November 2012, twenty years after the release of the Oscar nominated film. Opening night is 5 December.

Chess opened on Wednesday, September 28th in Toronto after enjoying a sold-out tour in the UK. This lavish new production comes direct from England, and will play a limited engagement in Toronto before heading to London's West End. Directed by Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood and featuring a cast of some of the UK's most talented stage actors, the production is a feast for the eyes and ears.
