This spring, two shows that were developed at Berkeley Rep last season will debut on the New York stage. Amelie, A New Musical, which had its world premiere in September 2015, is set to open on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre on April 3, 2017. John Leguizamo's Latin History for Morons, which had its world premiere in July 2016, will open at the renowned Public Theatre on March 27, 2017.

After a sold-out, standing-room-only Toronto engagement from November 2016, through January 2017, COME FROM AWAY will return to Toronto's Royal Alexandra Theatre in a new Canadian production beginning performances Tuesday, February 13, 2018.

The North American tour of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, winner of four Tony Awards®, welcomes McGee Maddox in the role of Jerry Mulligan this April. Maddox, a former Principal Dancer with The National Ballet of Canada, replaces Garen Scribner who will play his final performance on Sunday, April 16 in Las Vegas.

Porchlight Music Theatre and Artistic Director Michael Weber are proud to announce the final mainstage production it its 2016 - 2017 season Marry Me a Little starring Austin Cook and Bethany Thomas, music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and originally conceived by Craig Lucas and Norman Rene, with direction by Jess McLeod and music direction by Porchlight Artistic Associate Cook. 

Producer Q Theatricals announced today that after critically acclaimed and award winning productions in Seattle, New Jersey and Boston the new musical, ERNEST SHACKLETON LOVES ME, will begin performances on Friday, April 14, 2017 and officially open on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Off-Broadway's Tony Kiser Theatre (305 West 43rd Street). This strictly limited engagement will play through Sunday, June 11th only.
