J M Synge's comic masterpiece and one of Ireland's greatest plays, The Playboy of the Western World will preview at The Old Vic from 17 September 2011. Directed by John Crowley, this major new production will star Robert Sheehan as Christy Mahon, Ruth Negga as Pegeen Mike and Niamh Cusack as Widow Quinn.

The summer box-office has started to simmer, but MTV will bring it to a full sizzle with a week-long of exclusives from some of summer's hottest films during the '2011 MTV Movie Awards Sneak Peek Week.' Beginning, Monday, May 30th through Friday, June 3rd, MTV and marquee talent from each film, including Emma Stone, Bryce Dallas Howard, Aziz Ansari, Emma Roberts, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Michael Angarano and more will introduce a new exclusive clip at 11pm ET/PT on-air.
