The Granite Theatre of Westerly announces the opening of the funny and warm hearted musical "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" with music and lyrics by Clark Gesner and based on the characters created by cartoonist Charles M. Schultz in is comic strip Peanuts.  The show opens Today October 14, 2016 and runs all Thursdays, Todays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm through November 13, 2016.  Producer/ Artistic Director for the theatre is David Jepson.

Third Street Theatre has announced the next production in LA's hottest 99-seat theater, the Tony Award-winning musical YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN.

Producing Artistic Director, Elizabeth Flemming, and Out of the Box Theatrics, Inc., a New York based non-profit theatre company, is pleased to announce it's inaugural production of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. Charles Schulz's beloved comic comes to life in Clark Gesner's classic 1967 musical comedy. This fresh adaptation features additional music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa and updated book by Michael Mayer. With iconic characters, a witty and tuneful score and and intelligent satirical dialogue, this is the perfect musical for any age. OOTB will partner with the Parks and Recreation Department of New York City and produce 2 free performances at the Frederick Douglass Playground, W. 101 and Amsterdam on Saturday, October 8 and 15 at 5:30pm.

Presented with simplicity, YOU'RE A GOOD MAN, CHARLIE BROWN is a mix of nostalgia and a reminder that life isn't perfect, but with friends, a loyal dog, it can still be good.

The hit musical You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown with book, music and lyrics by Clark Gesner and additional material by Andrew Lippa and Michael Mayer, presented by The York Theatre Company ((James Morgan, Producing Artistic Director; Evans Haile, Interim Executive Director; David McCoy, Chairman of the Board), in association with Van Dean, Tony Heyes/Mia Moravis, Jose-Manuel Perez/Sister Productions and Jamie deRoy, concludes its limited engagement this Sunday afternoon, June 26, 2016 at The York Theatre Company at Saint Peter's (619 Lexington Avenue, entrance on East 54th Street, just east of Lexington Avenue) where performances began May 24, 2016.

The cast of the new Off-Broadway revival of the hit musical You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown set down tracks for the new cast recording on Monday, June 13, 2016 at Avatar Studios. Broadway Records will release the 2016 Off-Broadway cast recording, now available for pre-order at broadwayrecords.com and Amazon, and will be available on iTunes and other retailers on September 16, 2016. Today in 1999, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown closed at the Ambassador Theatre, where it ran for 149 performances. You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown is a 1967 musical comedy with music and lyrics by Clark Gesner, based on the characters created by cartoonist Charles M. Schulz in his comic strip Peanuts. The revival cast featured Anthony Rapp as Charlie Brown, Kristin Chenoweth as Sally and Roger Bart as Snoopy.
