Brian d'Arcy James & Jennifer Simard Will Announce Outer Critics Circle Awards Nominees Today at 11AM

Something Rotten and Spotlight star Brian d'Arcy James along with this season's break-out and genuflecting sensation Jennifer Simard from Broadway's Disaster will announce the The Outer Critics Circle nominees for the 2015-16 season this morning, April 19th (11 AM) at New York's legendary Algonquin Hotel (59 W 44th Street.) Outer Critics Circle will post a new award entitled 'Outstanding Video/Projection Design' to increase award nominations to 25 categories. Outer Critics Circle nominations are the first major Broadway/Off-Broadway award nominees of the New York theater season.

Berkshire Theatre Group announces casting for Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, with TV and Film actor, Michael Raymond-James as Brick. Neil Genzlinger (New York Times) suggests that Raymond-James is 'scary good," in NBC's new series Game of Silence, adding that he 'injects a sense of ominous unpredictability into this well-made revenge thriller." In addition, Michael Raymond-James has appeared in hit shows such as, True Blood and Once Upon a Time, as well as the feature films, Black Snake Moan with Justin Timberlake, and Jack Reacher with Tom Cruise.

Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT) announces the complete cast for its production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, the musical comedy by Abe Burrows, Jack Weinstock and Willie Gilbert, with music and lyrics by Frank Loesser. Directed by CRT Artistic Director Vincent J. Cardinal, How to Succeed…kicks off the 2016 Nutmeg Sumer Series starring Emmy Award Winner Charles Shaughnessy as JB Biggley alongside Broadway's Riley Costello as J. Pierpont Finch.  Performances of How To Succeed…  will begin on June 2, 2016 and continue through June 12, 2016 at Connecticut Repertory Theatre's Harriet S. Kim Davies' STET Added to Abingdon's 2015-16 Season

?Abingdon Theatre Company, in collaboration with The Muse Project, will present STET, a new play inspired by true events, written by Kim Davies and conceived by Kim Davies, Jocelyn Kuritsky and Artistic Director Tony Speciale.
