iLUMINATE will be featured on New York 1 News' 'This Ain't Rocket Science' tonight (Saturday) and tomorrow at 6:30 & 9:30pm. The new 2014 edition of iLUMINATE opened on January 27th to unanimous rave reviews, led by The New York Times who dubbed the Off-Broadway hit "Spectacular, magical and dazzling!" iLuminate wowed the nation with their groundbreaking light suits and innovative dance moves on NBC's "America's Got Talent," where the dance-in-the-dark sensation was selected as one of the hit show's top finalists after judge Piers Morgan called them "The Best New Act in America!"

The Shakespeare Theatre Company, recipient of the 2012 Regional Theatre Tony Award, presents Shakespeare's Henry IV, Parts 1 and 2 as part of the Clarice Smith Repertory. STC Artistic Director Michael Kahn will direct both parts of this sweeping epic - one of Shakespeare's culminating achievements in the history play genre - over multiple nights. As Kahn says, describing Parts 1 and 2 as his favorite Shakespearean drama: 'It brings to the stage every issue we as human beings experience.' The two productions will run in the Company's Sidney Harman Hall (610 F Street NW) from today, March 25 - June 8, 2014.

Signature Theatre has announced a one week extension for the New York premiere of Branden Jacobs-Jenkins' APPROPRIATE, directed by Liesl Tommy. APPROPRIATE, which opened March 16, will now play through April 13 in The Alice Griffin Jewel Box Theatre at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 West 42nd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues). The production's initial run is sold out.

The cast of MURDER FOR TWO surprised iLUMINATE, their next door neighbor at New World Stages, by dropping in on the performance this past Monday, March 10th. After the show, the two companies happily mingled and posed for photos.
