The Broadway at Birdland concert series was proud to welcome the return of award winning songwriter Scott Alan on Monday, September 24. The concert was a celebration of Alan's newest album "Lifeline."

Scott Alan made his concert debut at 54 Below just last week on, January 19th with a slew of Broadway all-star talent, including 2014 Tony winners Jessie Mueller and James Monroe Iglehart, Tony nominees Joshua Henry andChad Kimball, as well as Lilla Crawford, Erin Davie, Mykal Kilgore, Natalie Weiss, Christine Dwyer, Julian Cihi, Danny Calvert, Elizabeth Stanley, Abby Mueller, Christiane Noll, Jessica Phillips, Lisa Brescia, Ashley Brown, Eden Espinosa, Marcus Paul James, Julia Murney, Marissa Rosen, Christina Cataldo and Galyana Castillo joined Alan. Monday's Simply Scott Alan concert marked the prolific and beloved artist's 54 BELOW debut, and served as a fantastic evening of wondrous music and dazzling performances. Shoshana Bean, known for her roles in WICKED and HAIRSPRAY, has released a new single that she co-wrote with singer-composer-lyricist Scott Alan. The song is titled 'A Little Hope' and was originally written for the 2009 Broadway in South Africa benefit concert. 'A Little Hope' was arranged and orchestrated by Jesse Vargas, and is now available for purchase on iTunes.
