This November, December and January, 54 BELOW presents an exciting lineup of the brightest talent from Broadway and beyond. Located just below legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th Street.

Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG is in cinemas for one night only on October 23, presented in 460 cinemas around the country through NCM's exclusive Digital Broadcast Network. Last night, Wednesday, October 16, the stars came out to see Tony Award winner Joanna Gleason in her acclaimed run at 54 Below. Among her friends and colleagues in the audience were Tony Award winner Donna Murphy, Gleason's Dirty Rotten Scoundrels co-star Sherie Rene Scott, Gleason's Into the Woods co-star Chip Zien, Buyer and Cellar playwright Jonathan Tollins, husband and Nick & Nora co-star Chris Sarandon, The Tale of the Allergist's Wife star Michelle Lee, and Gleason's Into the Woods composer Stephen Sondheim.

Following an unprecedented thirty-one show run, SONDHEIM UNPLUGGED, the acclaimed and award-winning cabaret series, continues on Sunday, October 20 at 7pm at 54 Below. Sondheim Unplugged is currently celebrating the third year of it's smash run, having begun this journey of celebrating Sondheim in July of 2010.

In promotion of the upcoming All For One Theater Festival presentation of Aaron Mark's one-man play starring Broadway regular Tom Hewitt, ANOTHER MEDEA, the writer/director and star discussed some of the themes of the play and what drew them to the subject in a new interview.

Sondheim Unpluggedis hosted by 54 Below's Director of Original Programming, Phil Geoffrey Bond, with Musical Direction by Joe Goodman. In 2011, Sondheim Unplugged received the 2011 Bistro Award for Outstanding Cabaret Series, and was nominated for the 2011 MAC Award.
