It Shoulda Been You producers Daryl Roth, Scott Landis, Jane Bergere and Jayne Baron Sherman announced today that Tony Award nominee Montego Glover (Memphis), Josh Grisetti (Peter and the Starcatcher), Michael X. Martin (The Bridges of Madison County), Anne L. Nathan (Once), Nick Spangler (Book of Mormon) and Chip Zien (Into the Woods) will join the cast of the new musical comedy, directed by David Hyde Pierce. They join previously announced stars Tyne Daly, Harriet Harris, Sierra Boggess, David Burtka, Lisa Howard, and Edward Hibbert, forming a blissful marriage of theatrical luminaries.
The highly anticipated film INTO THE WOODS had its premiere last night, December 8th at New York's City's Ziegfeld Theatre. The film hits theaters on December 25th, is a modern twist on the beloved Brothers Grimm fairy tales, intertwining the plots of a few choice stories and exploring the consequences of the characters' wishes and quests.
